Sometimes it will be a landscape, sometimes a meal, sometimes a breakdown, a campground, or a quiet moment that doesn’t look like much unless you were there. Many of these moments are tied to the people who’ve met us along the way: family and friends who opened their homes, shared meals, offered showers, laundry, advice, laughter, and grounding when the road felt long or uncertain. Along significant are the mechanics, campground neighbors, librarians, brewers, musicians, and kind strangers who stepped in when we needed help or connection. This page is as much about those relationships as it is about the miles.
